corporate interior design

The idea of corporate design changed drastically in recent years. With the growing number of forward thinking start up companies the corporate lifestyle moved from the idea of suits and ties to a more casual vibe. Corporate offices began to reinvent from spaces that were daunting, streamlined, and all business, to spaces that are eye catching (dare I say, Instragram worthy!), inviting, speaks to the corporate vision, and most importantly a space that inspires anyone who sets foot into it.

MB Financial Bank Corporate Headquarters

MB Financial Bank needed a new interior for their main lobby that reflected their corporate identity. Cues were taken from the new branch interior branding but adapted to be a separate corporate identity by reducing the amount of the primary "mb" red being used and increasing the use of stainless steel and white and adding a deeper wood veneer. Instead of the retail use of a slight curve to all millwork pieces the corporate identity would reflect hard lines that would make the "mb" the only curved element and main focus.

McNeil;
a division of Johnson & Johnson

The double height atrium space at the McNeil headquarters was a vacuous space that was cold and far too exposed. Instead McNeil wanted a space that would be inviting with varying levels of privacy to be used as a meeting space, a space for relaxation, and a break from the work day. An integrated coffee service station would be the main focus of the space with an abundance of nature to add to the warmth and to take advantage of the skylight above.

Santander Corporate Offices

As the new division of Santander the US corporate offices in Boston and New York needed a makeover to match their corporate identity. A powerful exterior presence was imagined while a more subtle and streamlined interior was preferred.
